Targeted Youth Support

Targeted Youth Support

Targeted youth support consists of a small team of youth workers who are equipped with the knowledge, experience and resources to empower young people in making well-informed life choices and decisions.

Each young person will have access to an identified youth worker who will co-ordinate the delivery of the intervention typically over a 12 week period.

What we offer:
Intensive, short term and timely early intervention and prevention to support a young person in identifying and addressing their needs.

The team can support young people on a range of issues or concerns:

  • Changes in behaviour
  • Self esteem and wellbeing
  • Relationships
  • Life Skills
  • Being safe (online and out & about)
  • Managing emotions
  • Low or no school attendance.
  • Social and Communication skills
  • Family dynamics.

A professional has to refer a young person to receive Targeted Youth Support. You can email for more information on how to refer. You can also speak to the team in person at one of the following drop-in sessions;
