Targeted Youth Support
Targeted youth support consists of a small team of youth workers who are equipped with the knowledge, experience and resources to empower young people in making well-informed life choices and decisions.
Each young person will have access to an identified youth worker who will co-ordinate the delivery of the intervention typically over a 12 week period.
What we offer:

The team can support young people on a range of issues or concerns:
A professional has to refer a young person to receive Targeted Youth Support. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on how to refer. You can also speak to the team in person at one of the following drop-in sessions;
